4. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

5. If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer a free exchange instead of a refund.

Delivery Policy 

1. We deliver worldwide, but you can still contact us before placing order.

2. Orders are processed within 1-7 working days and delivered within 7-21 working days depending on your location.

3. Shipping fees is calculated or checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

4. Once order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

5. If delivery failed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. If your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
